Dubai Home Support is a Dubai, UAE home and property maintenance company offering nine core services: AC repair and servicing, plumbing, electrical, painting and decorating, handyman and general maintenance, appliance repair, pest control, home cleaning, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) — for apartments, flats and villas across Dubai.

Yes. AC faults are treated as a priority, especially during the Dubai summer. If you call or WhatsApp us in the morning, we'll do everything we can to get a technician to you the same day, with the parts most likely to be needed to restore your cooling — gas top-ups, capacitors, fan motors and PCBs among them.

We cover apartments, flats and villas across Dubai, including Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Arabian Ranches, The Springs and Meadows, Dubai Hills, Mirdif, Al Barsha and Dubai Silicon Oasis. If your community isn't listed, contact us — we can usually help.

It depends on the job, but you'll always know the price before any work starts. Tell us what's wrong (a photo on WhatsApp helps) and we'll give you a clear, upfront figure — no vague estimates and no surprise add-ons once the work begins. We're honest when a repair isn't worth it, too.

Yes, both. From a studio apartment to a large standalone villa, the principle is the same: diagnose properly, fix cleanly and leave it tidy. We also build annual maintenance contracts for landlords managing multiple units.

An Annual Maintenance Contract is year-round cover for your Dubai home or property portfolio. It bundles scheduled AC servicing, plumbing and electrical checks, and priority call-outs into one predictable annual fee — instead of paying full rate per breakdown. AMCs are popular with villa owners, landlords and property managers who want their properties looked after continuously.

Yes. We treat active water leaks, electrical faults and lost cooling as priorities. For safety, electrical issues such as tripping breakers, sparking sockets or a burning smell — and any active water leak — should be reported immediately so we can get a technician to you quickly and limit damage to your home.

Yes. We handle interior and exterior painting, wall preparation and crack repair, damp and stain blocking, wallpaper and feature walls, and wood and door finishing. We protect your floors and furniture, keep dust down, and finish to a crisp, lasting standard suited to Dubai's climate.

Yes. Treatments are carried out with family, child and pet safety in mind, using professional-grade products applied correctly. We treat cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, rodents and termites at the source, and we advise on the entry points and conditions that invited them in — so they're less likely to return.

Yes. Landlords and property managers are a core part of what we do. We act as a single reliable maintenance partner across multiple units, with annual maintenance contracts, priority response, scheduled servicing and one point of contact for every property — so you're not chasing a different number for every job.

For priority faults such as a failed AC, an active leak or an electrical problem, we aim for same-day response. For standard repairs and planned work — painting, handyman visits, appliance repair — we'll agree a time slot that suits you. We work Saturday to Thursday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, with limited emergency cover on Friday.

Book by calling 050 168 5444, messaging us on WhatsApp, or sending a request through our contact page. We're available Saturday to Thursday, 8:00am to 8:00pm. Email info@dubaihomesupport.com for quotes and annual maintenance contracts.
